Choose a gift, check out, and we’ll send a beautiful voucher to the recipient. They redeem it online, and the seller gets in touch to arrange the experience.

Yes – just tick the gift option when you add it to your basket.

No – if you don’t check the gift voucher box, we’ll skip the voucher and pass the order straight to the seller to get in touch with the recipient.

You can choose between printed or email vouchers. Printed vouchers are posted to the delivery address, and email vouchers are sent to your email to forward or print. (We're working on a fix so you won’t need to enter a postal address for email vouchers.)

Yes – just enter your message at checkout and we’ll include it on the voucher.

Not at the moment – vouchers are sent as soon as you order.

They go to mumbloom.co.uk/redeem and fill out a short form. The seller will contact them within two working days to arrange the service.

Yes – depending on the seller's availability, they can request a preferred date and time when redeeming the voucher.

Vouchers are valid for 12 months. If it's just expired, email us and we'll do our best to help.

Vouchers are non-refundable and can’t be exchanged for cash, but if anything’s gone wrong just get in touch and we’ll try to help.

We’re live in Berkhamsted, Tring, and the surrounding villages – and we offer some virtual services and deliverable gifts across the UK.

Printed vouchers come in a stylish sleeve with a postcard and a short note about the service. Email vouchers look great too – perfect to print or forward.
