MumBloom Customer Terms & Conditions

Welcome to MumBloom! These Terms & Conditions explain how our vouchers work, what you can expect from us, and what to do if you need any help. We’ve kept it as simple and clear as possible. If you have any questions, just drop us an email at info@mumbloom.co.uk.

1. About MumBloom

MumBloom is a curated platform offering thoughtful, practical gifts for new mums. We handpick and vet every seller to ensure high-quality services, but the services themselves are delivered by independent providers. That means when you redeem a voucher, you’ll be booking directly with the seller, who is responsible for delivering your service. We’re always here to help if needed, but MumBloom doesn’t provide the services directly.

2. Gift Vouchers

  • Validity: Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
  • Extensions: In exceptional circumstances, and at MumBloom’s discretion, we may allow vouchers to be redeemed shortly after expiry. If you need an extension, email us at info@mumbloom.co.uk.
  • Non-Refundable: Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • Transferring a Voucher: If you’d like to transfer a voucher to someone else, email us at info@mumbloom.co.uk. The transfer is only valid once we confirm it. Otherwise, the seller will have the original recipient’s details and won’t be able to honour a different name.
  • Lost or Stolen Vouchers: We’re unable to replace lost or stolen vouchers, so please keep them safe!

3. Booking & Redeeming Vouchers

  • To redeem a voucher, visit MumBloom.co.uk and fill out the voucher redemption form. The seller will then get in touch within two working days to arrange your booking.
  • Bookings are subject to the seller’s availability and policies.
  • If you need to reschedule, this will depend on the seller’s availability and their own terms.
  • Some services may have specific location restrictions – these are always stated in the listing.
  • If a service takes place in your home, you’ll arrange directly with the seller whether to share your address. MumBloom does not automatically share your address with sellers.

4. What Happens if Something Goes Wrong?

We want every experience to be brilliant, but if something doesn’t go as expected:

  • If you need to cancel or reschedule, this is managed directly with the seller. Their individual policies apply.
  • If a seller cancels, they will do their best to reschedule at a time that suits you. If that’s not possible, contact us and we’ll try to help.
  • If you’re unhappy with the service, your first step should be to raise it with the seller. If you can’t resolve the issue, let us know and we’ll try to mediate—but please note that we don’t provide automatic refunds or compensation.

5. Our Role & Responsibilities

  • MumBloom is a curated booking platform, connecting customers with trusted independent sellers.
  • We carefully vet and select sellers based on their expertise, but we don’t provide the services ourselves.
  • Each seller is responsible for the quality and delivery of their service.
  • If a dispute arises, we’ll do our best to help—but ultimate responsibility lies with the seller.

6. Privacy & Data Protection

  • We collect only the essential details needed to process your order and booking (full name, email, phone number, and preferred contact method).
  • If ordering a physical voucher or product, we also collect a shipping address to send it to. However, we do not automatically share addresses with sellers. If your service requires the seller to visit your home, you will arrange that directly with them.
  • Your details are shared only with the seller of the service you’ve booked.
  • We comply fully with GDPR and never share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
  • If you’ve opted into our mailing list, you’ll receive updates and offers—but you can unsubscribe anytime.

7. Legal Bits

  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England & Wales.
  • We may update these terms from time to time. If we do, the latest version will always be available at MumBloom.co.uk/pages/terms.
