Seller Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") set out the terms under which sellers (“you” or “Seller”) may list services on the MumBloom platform ("MumBloom," "we," "us," or "our"). By listing your services on MumBloom, you agree to these terms.

1. Overview of MumBloom

MumBloom is a gifting platform where customers purchase gift cards for services aimed at supporting new mums. Sellers offer these services, and recipients redeem gift cards directly with Sellers.

2. Seller Eligibility

To list services on MumBloom, Sellers must:

Offer services that align with MumBloom’s mission of providing practical, thoughtful support to new mums.
Meet all legal and professional requirements necessary to provide the service, including relevant insurance, certifications, or licenses.
Operate in a professional, reliable, and ethical manner.
Agree to be the sole provider of their specific service within their designated region on MumBloom during the initial partnership period.

3. Service Listings

All service listings must be agreed upon collaboratively between the Seller and MumBloom.
If the listed service is already offered by the Seller outside of MumBloom, it must be listed at the same price on MumBloom.
Sellers can create custom packages specifically for MumBloom but must notify us of any changes to service descriptions or pricing.
Sellers may list multiple services, provided each one aligns with MumBloom’s criteria and is approved.

4. Fees & Payments

MumBloom charges a flat 10% commission on all gift card sales.
MumBloom will absorb payment processing fees for the first year.
Sellers will be paid via bank transfer within 14 days of completing the service.
Sellers are responsible for any taxes associated with their earnings.

5. Gift Card Terms

Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
MumBloom will contact the gift recipient at the 10-month mark to remind them to redeem the gift card.
Sellers have the discretion to accept expired gift cards but are encouraged to show leniency if a gift card is only slightly past expiry.

6. Booking & Redemption Process

Gift recipients will redeem their gift card either through MumBloom’s platform or by contacting the Seller directly.
Sellers must respond to booking requests in a timely manner and coordinate directly with the recipient to arrange service delivery.
Once the service has been completed, the Seller should inform MumBloom to initiate the payout process.

7. Cancellations & Rescheduling

If the recipient needs to reschedule, Sellers are encouraged to be as flexible as possible.
Sellers may have their own cancellation policies but must clearly communicate them upfront.
Since services are purchased as gift cards, Sellers cannot charge recipients additional fees for cancellations but may offer a reduced or rescheduled service if necessary.
If the Seller must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, they should:
- Notify the recipient as soon as possible.
- Inform MumBloom of the cancellation.
- Work with the recipient to reschedule the service.
MumBloom may offer a goodwill gesture (e.g., small gift card) to recipients in the case of a cancellation.
Cancellations by the Seller may result in removal from the MumBloom platform.

8. Quality & Service Standards

Sellers must:

Provide high-quality, professional services that meet or exceed customer expectations.
Maintain clear, friendly, and timely communication with both recipients and MumBloom.
Adhere to health and safety standards relevant to their service.
Maintain necessary insurance and certifications throughout their time on the platform.

9. Marketing & Promotion

MumBloom will promote Seller services via social media, ads, and other marketing efforts.
Sellers may be featured in MumBloom promotions, including posts, ads, and newsletters.
Sellers are encouraged to promote their MumBloom listings through their own marketing channels.
MumBloom may request testimonials, images, or case studies from Sellers to assist in marketing efforts.

10. Term & Termination

This Agreement is on a one-month rolling basis for the first year.
Sellers may pause or terminate their listing at any time with one month’s written notice, provided they fulfill any outstanding gift cards.
MumBloom reserves the right to remove a Seller from the platform due to violations of these terms, cancellations, or poor service feedback.

11. Limitation of Liability

MumBloom acts solely as a facilitator between Sellers and buyers/gift recipients.
Sellers are fully responsible for the quality, safety, and delivery of their services.
MumBloom is not liable for any damages or disputes arising from the services provided by Sellers.

12. Amendments & Review

As MumBloom is in its initial launch phase, these terms will be reviewed after the first year.
Any changes to these terms will be communicated to Sellers in advance, and feedback will be sought as part of the review process.
