About the provider
May van Millingen is a Berkhamsted-based artist and illustrator working across fine art, fashion, publishing and design. Her work draws on nature and often takes inspiration from places she's travelled to. She has exhibited in London and collaborated with a range of leading global brands.

How it works
Once you place your order, you'll be put in touch with May and share your photo that she'll draw from. May will confirm the details before creating your piece, and your final artwork will be posted to you once ready. If you opt for a gift voucher, the recipient simply redeems when they're ready, then sends May the photo of their choosing for their custom-drawn illustration.
If you select the option "I'd like a gift voucher for this service", you can choose to receive the gift voucher by email or post, so you can pass it along if it's a gift for someone else.
Redeem the voucher
The recipient of the voucher can redeem the voucher on the MumBloom website whenever they're ready, up to twelve months after the purchase date.
Confirm the booking
Once the voucher is redeemed, the seller will get in touch with the voucher-holder directly within two working days to confirm the booking of their service at a time that suits.
