Motherhood is transformative - but it can also feel overwhelming. This introductory Transformational Breath®️ session provides a powerful tool to help mothers navigate stress, process emotions, and create space for self-care. Through guided breathwork, this two-hour session promotes deep relaxation, emotional release, and a renewed sense of clarity. With expert coaching, the session helps to unlock the power of the breath, creating a greater sense of balance and well-being.

What It Includes

• Initial consultation - A detailed introduction to Transformational Breath®️, time to discuss personal goals or any medical considerations.
• Intention setting - Guided support to set a meaningful intention for the session.
• Breathwork session - 45 minutes of active breath coaching followed by 15 minutes of integration.
• Grounding & debrief - Time to reflect, ask questions, and leave feeling supported and centred.

This one-to-one session is a powerful introduction to Transformational Breath®️, tailored to help mothers regain balance and feel more present in their daily lives. Regular sessions are recommended to deepen the benefits.

Samantha is the founder of EMERGE, a space dedicated to helping others find freedom, empowerment, and connection through breathwork. Her journey into holistic wellness began over a decade ago, leading her to train as a yoga teacher and explore various healing modalities. After experiencing the profound impact of Transformational Breath®️, she knew it was a tool she needed to share. Now a Certified Transformational Breath Facilitator™️, Samantha is passionate about guiding others to release emotional blocks, find clarity, and reconnect with themselves.
