This guided, private session with Kate from Happy Healthy You Your Way helps you slow down, switch off, and feel grounded again. It's an amazing way to re-set if you're overstimulated or overwhelmed, but generally a bit short on time.

All you need is a quiet spot and Zoom, and Kate will lead you through a practice designed to leave you calmer, clearer, and more centered.
