Pregnancy sickness absolutely sucks, but it sucks very slightly less if you have the right things with you to manage.
Put together with the experience of someone who had Hyperemis Gravidarum for the duration of pregnancy (hi, it's me), this pouch will be a help to anyone unlucky enough to have to deal with the dreaded morning all-day sickness.
It's a nice corduroy bag to throw in your bag, containing:
- Mini mouthwash - not glamorous but pretty essential if you're having to run into Tesco toilets in the middle of a shop to throw up
- Gum - as above, the more freshening up options, the better
- Anti-sickness wristbands to alleviate some of the symptoms
- Ginger gins, known for helping sickness for many people
- And rosemary crackers, for when you need a nice but plain-ish snack just to get something in your stomach
