Overnight Doula Support - Berkhamsted

Charlotte is a BirthBliss-trained doula offering both birth and postnatal support to families as they navigate the transition into parenthood. Originally from Enfield, she moved to Berkhamsted six years ago, where she now lives with her two young children who are just 16 months apart in age.

With a background in customer relations within the real estate industry, Charlotte’s passion for supporting new parents grew from her own experiences of motherhood. She believes that while much focus is placed on the arrival of a baby, the transformation into motherhood is just as significant and often overlooked. Her goal is to provide the emotional and practical support needed to help parents feel confident, understood, and celebrated as they step into this new stage of life.

Charlotte is dedicated to creating a safe and supportive space where new parents can share their experiences, gain reassurance, and feel empowered in their journey. She recognises the many unspoken challenges of early parenthood and aims to normalise these so families feel informed and supported rather than overwhelmed.
