This energising package includes four sessions of full-body cryotherapy — a quick and powerful way to feel recharged. Each 3–5 minute session takes place in a state-of-the-art chamber cooled to as low as -85°C, designed to reduce inflammation, support recovery and give your system a reset.

It’s a brilliant option for tired mums needing a short burst of something that’s just for them. The appointments are super quick, and little ones are welcome — the friendly team can keep an eye on them for the couple of minutes you're in the chamber.

Please note: Cryotherapy is not suitable during pregnancy. If you’re pregnant, we recommend choosing a different MumBloom gift. Breastfeeding mums should consult their healthcare provider before booking.
